    Wenn ich die Leitkante in der Mitte muffe, hab ich bei konischen Rohren an der unteren Spreizverbinderstelle eine ungefähre Stabdicke von 7mm. Da krieg ich doch keinen APA-Mini bzw -Tiny drüber? Oder kann ich das Teil 1,5mm aufbohren?

    Der Tiny lässt sich gut dehnen, ich würde auf keinen fall aufbohren da die Wandung sonst zu dünn wird.
    Er geht zwar etwas schwer drauf aber es geht, habe ich auch so gemacht allerdings nur bei der oQs.
    Wenn du vorhast für die uQs auch Tiny´s zu nehmen musst du über die dickste Stelle (Muffe) schieben,
    habs bei mir auf p300 auch geschafft und die haben 7,4mm wie die pt3.


    und mal ganz so nebenbei, Nazko Nr.4 ist fertig.

    Ein Fünfter wird folgen, sobald ich die 2 oder auch 3 Viren fertig habe.
    Habe immer mehr an meinem ersten auszusetzen (nicht die Farben), ich entdecke immer mehr was ich anders machen möchte, und am meisten nervt mich ein winziges Löchlein das ich der uQs zu verdanken habe. Natürlich kann man sowas tapen, das würde mich aber noch vielmehr stören.

    @Eric: is the dxf file a 100% scale??? Someone asked this to me, because he had some problems to print it at 100% scale????

    DXF is done in 100% of course. But it depends a lot on the program you work with. There might be tolerances...
    For safety I have put in the 5 cm grid, so you can doublecheck within the program and also on the paper after printing it.

    Triggered by Morten's question on the Asmara (don't if it was here or on GWTW) a question about Le Nazko's standoff's. Le Nazko's plan states that the standoff's should be 24.8 cm. Morten mentioned that the choice of sail-grabbers (either Jaco or RSky) could make a difference. A better way would be to measure from lower spreader to the sail. Could anybody with a Le Nazko perhaps measure that distance on their version and post the results. Somehow my LS seems bended more than it should....

    Really difficult to say, the blue grey one is framed in Dynamics 15, the grey one in P300 which makes it feel a bit more solid. The Dynamics rods make the kite about 20 grams lighter, together with the large sail area it's almost an UL. It stays in the air at around 8 km/h and starts to wobble with the wingtips at around 25 km/h. Since this was more or less the wind range we had the last months, I have flown mostly this one.
    What's more important is that both have been tuned a bit to their advantage: Standoffs are at 26,5 cm by now and there's a weight in the nose of 5 grams. I kept the tailweight at the 20 grams. These could both be possibly a bit less, around 15/3 grams, but it simplifies the handling to have a bit more momentum for backflips and yoyos. Because of the lenghtening of the standoffs I shortened the lower spreaders about a centimeter each to not overstress the trailing edge. The kite gets a bit slower, less sensitive to gusts and the sluggish behavior in backflips is simply gone. I like the very well balanced quality of the Nazko, stable fades, good deep backflips, (even lifting) very smooth and slow Multilazies, easy backspinning and very snappy corners. The slow speed that comes with the size is at the moment exactly what I need in a kite, being a beginner it gives me the necessary moments to figure out which line to pull next...

    mein nazko ist auch fertig, und ich will ihn euch nicht vorenthalten:

    leider konnte ich nich noch nicht so intensiv mit ihm beschäftigen- der virus ist schuld :D
    aber die zeit wird kommen. die kurzen probeflüge haben jedenfalls lust auf mehr gemacht.

    wenn dann nur dreier, der auf meinem Avatar hats hinter sich (den hats ge-Vented), einer gehört meinem Freund und ein anderer ist verkauft.


    Ich habe mir bewiesen das ich Drachen bauen kann, nun sollte ich anfangen sie fliegen zu lernen :D
    befürchte aber das ich meine Gier noch nicht ganz befriedigt habe, habe hier außerdem noch 2 andere zu bestaben.
